Digital Content Operations Analyst

In this position, you’ll help support a variety of high-visibility initiatives sponsored by senior leadership, building valuable cross-functional experience along the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Audit digital content and asset gaps across items and suppliers
  • Identify missing product assets, content, and supplier information
  • Load and maintain item and supplier data within internal systems
  • Perform high-volume and accurate data entry tasks
  • Track project progress and execution milestones using Excel and/or project management tools
  • Provide daily and weekly status updates on assigned workstreams and completion progress
  • Support content operations initiatives to help improve data accuracy and asset completeness
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of content and asset updates

This is a 12-month contract role with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent position based in Atlanta. High performers will have the opportunity to apply for other openings within the team or across the broader organization once the contract wraps up. While the position offers flexibility to work from home, candidates must be located in Georgia. Occasional office visits (about 2–3 times per month) will be required, with the remainder of the work done remotely. REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1 year of experience in project coordination, operational support, or project management (internship background is also welcome)
  • Strong data entry experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Background in digital content, asset management, or related operational support
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and track large volumes of information
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent progress reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree
