RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with licensees to manage product development process and timely execution.
- Ensure that licensed products deliver a consistent quality level across all licensed categories and support the brand positioning of our core products.
- Coordinate product development activities with external partners to ensure timely execution and alignment with brand standards.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, e-commerce, and compliance teams for promotional and business initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication, organize meetings, and provide regular project status updates and reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience in product development, marketing and/or licensing (preferred).
- Ability to multi-task and work across a broad scope of functions: product categories, brands and business units
- Understanding of product categories, competition and specific trends impacting licensees’ product portfolio
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and influence skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Royalty Zone knowledge
- Marketing or Business Administration degree
