RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tool Admin & Governance: Manage day-to-day administration, governance, and backend integration for Jira and Aha!

Data Integrity: Handle Workday data extraction to maintain organizational alignment structures and ensure accurate executive reporting.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities, specifically leveraging AI and Generative AI capabilities.

Hands-on Execution: Maintain a “no task too small” mindset to support a lean, fast-paced team.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity. It is an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a team that is seeking innovation in product and technology. Candidates must be located in St. Louis, MO and work 3 days a week in office and two days remotely!

REQUIRED SKILLS:

8-10+ years of Project or Operations Management experience in a complex enterprise environment.

Deep familiarity with Jira and Aha! (admin experience preferred) within an Agile framework.

Proven experience with data integrity, data exports, or system syncing (Workday data is a strong plus).

Experience engaging directly with Senior Leadership in high-volume production environments.

Strong curiosity and experience with leveraging AI tools.

Bachelor’s degree and a history of stable tenure.
PREFERRED SKILLS:

Any programming experience would be a plus

Pay range: $80-83/hour W2
