We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our creative team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced marketing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate high-level business goals into actionable product features and technical requirements.
Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to define measurement requirements
Lead roadmap planning and prioritization to align product development with evolving business needs.
Manage cross-functional collaboration between marketing, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
Execute product lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative improvements.
Author comprehensive, detailed user stories for development teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on marketing technology
Experience with email platform and activation.
Experience breaking down complex initiatives into well-defined, actionable deliverables
Proven experience writing, prioritizing, and managing user stories and product backlogs
Intermediate Excel and SQL skills
Ability to clearly communicate product roadmaps, planning, and priorities to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with backlog grooming and refinement
Strong ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with both functional and technical teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Familiar with marketing analytics tools
Bachelor’s degree required
