We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our creative team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced marketing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable product features and technical requirements.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to define measurement requirements
  • Lead roadmap planning and prioritization to align product development with evolving business needs.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between marketing, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
  • Execute product lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative improvements.
  • Author comprehensive, detailed user stories for development teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on marketing technology
  • Experience with email platform and activation.
  • Experience breaking down complex initiatives into well-defined, actionable deliverables
  • Proven experience writing, prioritizing, and managing user stories and product backlogs
  • Intermediate Excel and SQL skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate product roadmaps, planning, and priorities to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with backlog grooming and refinement
  • Strong ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with both functional and technical teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Familiar with marketing analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required
