Your responsibilities will bridge strategic project work and vital administrative support, ranging from data analysis and process improvement to scheduling and PowerPoint creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gathering and collecting information from field store partners for project creation
Auditing project readiness in system (internal, web-based)
Working as a liaison between the field and cross functional partners to meet all toll gates and any problem resolution
Organizing and running reports in Excel
Building powerpoint decks
Placing labor, outbound, and direct to store orders
Become knowledgeable on POGs (plan-o-grams, think the map that shows where each product goes within a bay)
Reviewing internal, web-based system to resolve issues that have been recorded in the system for resolution
Assisting field partners with scheduling and managing one-off issues
This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert to perm in the Atlanta area. REQUIRED SKILLS:
2 years of professional work experience as a Project Analyst or Project Coordinator or Project Manager
Experience executing a Project – understand scope and how you run a project from start to finish
Intermediate Excel skills – ability to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, SUMIF – using weekly in current role
Experience building reports via Excel or similar tools
Experience building PowerPoint decks for summarization of project status for leadership
Process Improvement
Experience interacting with cross-functional partners
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or similar field)
