Medical Services Clinician

An enterprise corporation seeks a mid-level Medical Services Clinician to direct occupational health and case management workflows within a corporate, non-clinical environment. Operating with significant autonomy, you will use advanced clinical judgment to evaluate workplace fitness, drive health and safety initiatives, and protect both personnel and public safety.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes complex medical circumstances (pre-employment screenings, workplace injuries, off-duty medical events) to establish compliant, evidence-based management plans.

  • Directly oversees the corporate return-to-work program.

  • Document all case milestones accurately within corporate electronic medical files.

  • Coordinates care and strategy alongside the Chief Medical Officer, Health Services Manager, and broader medical leadership.

Requirements

  •  3+ years in occupational health, specializing in disability assessments and rehabilitation management.

  • BSN with OHN certification, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA). Licensed or eligible for immediate licensure in Georgia.

  • Deep understanding of relevant Federal regulatory frameworks and standard MS Office applications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Preferred: FMCSA National Registry examiner status; advanced clinical degrees (MPAS, MHS, MMSc, ANP, ACNP); or certifications like COHN-S, CRC, CDMS, or CRRN.
