Guide clients through operational and integration changes during a major corporate merger
The Role You will act as the primary liaison, assessing client impacts and leading conversations to prepare them for process and security-driven integration updates
Core Responsibilities
Conduct gap analyses and create Client Readiness Briefs detailing risks and process impacts.
Lead readiness discussions directly with clients to coordinate transition planning and adoption.
Track risks and ensure seamless communication between technical teams and external users.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience with a background in M&A.
Must be a highly polished communicator with executive presentation skills, capable of confidently representing the product and team in front of clients and users.
Strong capabilities in product discovery, requirements gathering, and managing an integrated backlog using Agile product management methodologies.
Must have hands-on experience navigating mergers, acquisitions, system migrations, or enterprise-level change initiatives.
Experience with Agile product management methodologies.
