Executive Assistant
Work on a variety of complex and varied duties, analyzing situations, and using your strong initiative to prevent and resolve problems!

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinate complex, fast-changing schedules, meetings, and industry event logistics, ensuring executives are fully briefed with background materials 24 hours in advance.
  • Manage sensitive information and highly confidential files with absolute discretion, while maintaining logs, manuals, and general administrative workflows with high accuracy.
  • Compose, prepare, and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports, while taking concise meeting notes and driving follow-up action items.
  • Serve as the professional public face and host for executives, managing community outreach, visitor greeting, and participation in external committees.
  • Review and reconcile travel expenses and corporate credit card receipts, while keeping senior executives seamlessly aligned on overlapping activities and meetings.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity. Candidates must be located in Atlanta, GA and work 3 days a week in office and two days remotely!

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of recent administrative experience including support of senior leadership executives, director level or above, for large organizations
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Office and/or Google-based applications (Google Suite, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience with coordinating complex calendars and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • 5+ years of experience planning and arranging meetings, conferences, and large events for clients and staff
 

PREFERRED SKILLS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Administrative experience with fintech, technology, and/or data & analytics organization

Pay range: $23-25/hour W2
