RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Workflow Management: Manage high-volume daily operations using routing, order management, and logistics platforms.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact via email and chat tools to coordinate effectively with team members and third-party partners.
  • Data & Reporting: Utilize Excel to track metrics, manage documentation, and ensure data accuracy with sharp attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational bottlenecks and delivery issues in a fast-paced environment.

Join a collaborative and fast-paced team with a flexible dress code and a dynamic work environment. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension or full-time conversion, based in the Atlanta area. The role follows a hybrid schedule, allowing a mix of remote and on-site work.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2–4+ years in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a similar field
  • Hands-on experience in delivery/logistics operations and routing
  • Proficiency with routing, order management, and delivery systems.
  • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level – VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables
  • Proven ability to manage and execute high-volume operational workflows.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to resolve real-time logistics and routing challenges.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Bachelor’s degree
