As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll collaborate with top talent to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges
- Identify and implement solutions that drive business value
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Consult with clients to recommend strategies and best practices
- Lead client value presentations and business reviews
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay current on solutions and client environments
- Guide clients throughout the customer journey to ensure value realization
- Share customer feedback to improve services and offerings
- Manage sales cycles: proposals, presentations, and contract negotiation
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals
This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert. Enjoy 2 remote days per week!
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3–4 years in account management, client success, or sales
- Proven record of meeting revenue and client goals
- Consultative selling and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and present to senior stakeholders
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Industry experience in tech, financial services, or data
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strategic mindset with project management skills
- Knowledge of customer journey and metrics
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
Pay: $20–$25.70/hr W2
