You will analyze program metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and keep key initiatives moving forward from concept through execution. This role offers high organizational impact, giving you direct exposure to senior leadership and the autonomy to solve complex business challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, research, and measure program performance against metric targets to drive optimization strategies.
  • Own initiative-specific projects, prioritize tasks, and manage deliverables to ensure business goals are met.
  • Research and document industry best practices, standards, and requirements for assigned initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot ongoing operational issues and use independent judgment to recommend process enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agency partners alongside Senior Analysts and leadership.
  • Create clear reports and presentation materials to communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.

This 12-month contract position is in the Smyrna area, and the position requires on-site work for the first few weeks, followed by the option to work remotely.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Skilled in measuring program performance, analyzing trends, and exercising independent judgment.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage deliverables and collaborate across teams.
  • Hands-on experience and comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable interacting and presenting to all levels, including Product Partners, Senior Managers, and Directors.
  • Bachelor's degree
