We are seeking an AI Transformation Consultant to serve as the strategic visionary and technical authority behind our next-generation Generative and Agentic AI platforms. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between complex AI architecture and C-suite strategy, influencing VP-level stakeholders while guiding engineering teams to build scalable, high-value enterprise solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enterprise Strategy & Ownership: Lead the overarching AI transformation strategy, owning the growth, governance, and implementation of our enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms.
- Architectural Guidance & Thought Leadership: Provide top-tier technical oversight and advice to engineering teams during critical decision-making processes for complex AI systems.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Pitch AI vision, present business cases, and secure buy-in from VPs and executive leaders using strong influence and salesmanship skills.
- End-to-End Implementation: Drive the complete project lifecycle of large-scale AI initiatives across the organization, moving from strategy to full deployment.
- Scale & Capability Building: Establish best practices for scaling advanced GenAI and Agentic workflows across disparate business units and cross-functional teams.

This is a 6 to 12 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to direct hire. The role is working remotely, but does have a strong preference of someone to live locally in the Atlanta or Austin area.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 12+ years of professional experience in Technology
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level AI transformations and driving strategy across large, complex Enterprise organizations.
- Foundational background in Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI architectures (ability to speak fluently on advanced technical topics without needing to be hands-on).
- Strong ability to evaluate, recommend, and guide enterprise-grade AI technical architectures.
- Exceptional communication with a track record of influencing senior leadership (VP+) and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven history of overseeing enterprise AI projects through every stage of the implementation lifecycle.
- Master’s or PhD
