Project Planning Manager

You will be working on multiple mini projects that are in the planning and execution phase that are part of initiatives for the Enterprise. This role is a mix of project coordination, data analysis, scheduling, researching, inventory management, customer management, problem solving, and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Gathering and collecting information from field store partners for project creation
  • Auditing project readiness in internal system (internal, web-based)
  • Working as a liaison between the field and cross functional partners to meet all toll gates
  • Placing labor, outbound, and direct to store orders
  • Synthesize data from analysts into high-level statu reports and presentations
  • Assisting field partners with scheduling and managing one-off issues
  • Managing post reset implementations

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in Project Analyst, Project Coordination or Project Management
  • Experience running a project from start to finish (full lifecycle) – understand scope and how you run a project from start to finish
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Process Improvement or similar field) 
  • Intermediate Excel skills – ability to do VLOOKUPS, SUMIFs Pivot tables, SUMIF, IF/THEN statements, and Macros – working in Excel daily
  • Ability to translate large volumes of complex data into executive-ready insights
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional partners
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
