Senior Building Automation & Controls Specialist
Driven to optimize critical facility systems? We are seeking a technical leader to engineer, test, and deploy integrated Building Automation Systems (BAS)—covering HVAC, power, lighting, and environmental monitoring across test-bench setups and live client facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Program, commission, and troubleshoot complex building control architectures
Perform diagnostic repairs, routine service, and system optimizations on automated equipment
Read and interpret complex electrical, mechanical, network, and control schematics
Deliver expert client support, technical documentation, and off-hours emergency response as needed
Core Qualifications
7+ years in technical automation, with 3+ years in top BAS platforms (Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Trane, Distech)
5+ years of hands-on experience building/testing control hardware and commercial HVAC systems
Strong working knowledge of electrical circuits and network protocols
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
Valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Extras
Niagara N4/AX Certification
CompTIA A+ / Network+ or general networking skills
Java or SQL experience
