Technical Program Manager (0-to-1 Product Launch)
Contract | 9 Months | Remote (10–15% Travel)
Drive the flagship launch of a brand-new product line! We’re seeking a strategic leader to serve as the central program lead: bringing order to high-ambiguity environments, orchestrating complex cross-functional workstreams, and acting as a trusted partner to executive leadership.
What You'll Do

Drive Executive Alignment: Serve as the primary voice on program status for senior leadership. Translate complex technical details into clear executive narratives.

Build Governance from Scratch: Establish lightweight, repeatable frameworks (RAID logs, decision logs, go/no-go launch criteria).

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Bridge Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to sequence moving parts and resolve trade-offs.

Lead Steering Sessions: Facilitate in-person steering committee meetings, working sessions, and milestone reviews to drive swift decision-making.
Key Requirements

7+ years of TPM experience, including direct leadership of a 0-to-1 cross-functional product launch.

Proven track record in building custom program governance frameworks from scratch.

Deep experience managing senior executive stakeholders and driving consensus.

Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience launching entire product lines (vs. feature-level updates).

Proficiency with Jira, Linear, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
