Lead Oracle Fusion S2P & EPM Analyst

You will champion enterprise-wide solutions across our global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Corporate Financial Performance Management (CPM) ecosystems. Serving as the primary functional authority, you will partner with finance, supply chain, and engineering leadership to design, scale, and maintain critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Lead process mapping, end-to-end delivery, and system integration workflows across P2P (primary focus) and financial consolidation platforms.

• Functional Design: Author business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and system configuration specs.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate discovery workshops, lead UAT, and serve as the core translator between business needs and technical teams.

• Platform Health: Oversee upgrades, quarterly patch releases, compliance governance, and production incident resolution.

• Global Coordination: Collaborate with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams (occasional 7:00 AM PT coordination).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise Oracle ERP implementation experience with broad cross-functional knowledge.

• Advanced expertise in Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including solution design, configuration, implementation, integration, and production support.

• 3+ years deep functional expertise supporting corporate EPM/CPM environments (Consolidated Financials, Planning/Budgeting, Reconciliation, Master Data) and General Ledger integrations.

• At least two full-cycle implementations covering the EPM & S2P process area.

• Strong background in SDLC documentation, UAT execution, data controls, and release management.

Location & Benefits

• Hybrid: Irvine, CA (2 days remote/week) 

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $171,000
