Looking for a high-impact, 100% remote role with a top-tier MEP contractor? We’re seeking a Virtual Design & Construction Specialist to transform design concepts into buildable, LOD 400 fabrication models for mechanical, piping, and HVAC systems.
What You’ll Do:

3D Modeling & Coordination: Convert 3D design files and contract specs into precise LOD400 installation/fabrication models using the Autodesk ecosystem.

Cross-Trade Alignment: Lead multi-trade spatial coordination, resolving clashes alongside GCs, engineers, and sub-tier partners in virtual sessions.

Field Execution Support: Produce exact shop, spool, and hanger/sleeve drawings. Export field coordinates directly for robotic total station layout.

Constructability & RFIs: Draft RFIs and sync daily with field crews to ensure model data aligns with real-world assembly.

Team Leadership: Guide junior specialists on modeling best practices, cut lists, BOM generation, and software workflows.
Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years detailing or installing trade-specific mechanical, plumbing, or piping systems.

Software Mastery: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Fabrication CADmep.

Core Capabilities: Proven track record in clash resolution, spool creation, and producing clear field-ready documentation.

Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge technical detail models with field construction crews and mentor developing talent.
