This role involves coordinating and supporting a variety of implementation projects, blending data management, scheduling, research, inventory coordination, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review product layouts and confirm data accuracy before implementation.
Research and identify potential impacts from overlapping programs.
Schedule projects, coordinate materials, and manage delivery timelines.
Communicate layout discrepancies and support quick issue resolution.
Track upcoming rollouts and ensure timely bulk material orders.
Maintain project data in internal systems and master tracking files.
Partner with field and cross-functional teams to meet key milestones.
Conduct project audits to confirm readiness and quality.
Source materials and labor quotes, place orders, and manage logistics.
Provide scheduling and operational support to field teams.
This is a 24 month contract opportunity in the Atlanta area for you to gain exposure to the retail world by joining this upbeat, collaborative group! REQUIRED SKILLS:
2-4 years of professional work experience as a Project Analyst or Project Coordinator or Project Manager
1 year of retail experience
Experience executing a Project – understand scope and how you run a project from start to finish
Intermediate Excel skills – ability to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, SUMIF – using weekly in current role
Process Improvement
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or similar field)
