Role Overview

Type: Fully Remote | Initial 6-Month Contract (Extension Options)

What You’ll Do

Lead Data Mapping & Conversions: Analyze source/target data models, bridge data gaps, and define precise transformation logic.

Translate Requirements: Turn complex business needs into detailed technical specs, data requirements, and user stories.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Optimize Workflows: Facilitate requirement workshops, perform root cause/impact analysis, and refine reporting architecture.

Subject Matter Expertise: Guide operational workflows, business rules, and regulatory considerations for mortgage servicing data.
What We’re Looking For
-
4+ years of Data Engineering experience with strong SQL and Data Warehousing skills.

Hands-on background in Mortgage Servicing software projects.

Proven track record in data mapping, data cleansing, and supporting UAT.

Strong background in Business/System Analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to pass background, drug (excl. marijuana), and credit checks.
Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
