We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong sense of teamwork to join our growing team. You will focus on new business development with some management of existing accounts.
Job Description:
· Prospect through sales calls and attending meetings with prospective and new clients to sell contract and direct-hire IT staffing services.
· Consultatively sell by understanding client’s goals, challenges, industry, organization and project plans.
· Develop new business and manage existing accounts.
· Work with candidate sourced by the Recruiting team to place them in new positions.
· Facilitate negotiations to successful completion.
· Regularly meet with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills:
· 1+ years of IT staffing firm / agency or technology sales experience.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and an outgoing personality.
· Strong skills in relationship building and consultative sales.
