Technical Support Analyst (Contract through 3/1/2027) – Albuquerque, NM

We’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users face-to-face, and maintaining systems in optimal working order. Provide 85% onsite support and 15% remote support (phone/email/chat)
Support multiple Albuquerque area locations + assist remote users nationwide
Triage and resolve Level II & III Incident and Service Request tickets
Handle some Level I tickets as needed
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Validate resolution with users and update ITSM documentation
Partner with infrastructure, security, applications, database, and governance teams
Follow and help enforce IT Security policies and procedures
Create and update knowledge-base articles
Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
Rotate help desk coverage and handle incoming requests from multiple offices
Support special projects (may include occasional travel out of state)
Flexibility is required, as some on-call support, overtime, and occasional weekend work may be necessary.
3+ years of technical support experience
Windows + Microsoft Office support
Active Directory experience
PC imaging/configuration, re-imaging, and app installs
Ability to confirm full-disk encryption
Strong desktop/hands-on support background
Excellent customer service + communication skills
Strong documentation skills and a consultative mindset
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle
Able to transport IT equipment between offices
Must pass background check and drug test (excluding marijuana)
