The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing contractors that provide crew transportation and lodging services across the company’s operating network. This role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective movement and accommodation of crews while maintaining high service standards and contractual compliance.
This is a 6+ month contract position based in Midtown Atlanta, with a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). The role is an immediate, short-term opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. Manage and oversee all transportation and lodging service providers supporting crew operations across the system.
Negotiate, administer, and enforce contracts to ensure compliance with terms, service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
Partner with the Services team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, evaluate, and optimize transportation and lodging strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to company operational safety standards and environmental awareness requirements while operating on or near company property.
Support sourcing and purchasing activities related to crew transportation and lodging, providing exposure to cross-category resource planning within crew services.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationship management.
Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing contracts related to transportation and lodging services.
Proven ability to manage contractor resources providing transportation and lodging.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience applying financial and/or Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles to purchasing decisions.
Solid purchasing and negotiation experience.
Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly.
Comfortable working in an inclusive, collaborative, and non-hierarchical team environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive continuous improvement, and adopt new ideas and approaches.
Working knowledge of Client Services or Crew Services operations, including activities, methods, facilities, equipment, and operating regions.
Bachelor’s degree (BBA or BS) preferred; majors in Business or Industrial Engineering with supply chain coursework from a highly accredited university strongly preferred.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
