GenAI Scientist (Contract)

Join a team building enterprise Generative AI solutions that unlock insights from large-scale corporate documents. You’ll extract and analyze content using NLP/LLMs, and enhance an AI chat + document intelligence platform used across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance and maintain an enterprise AI chat and document intelligence platform

• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, semantic search, and LLM integrations

• Build scalable backend APIs and AI tools for multi-team use

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate document/data needs into AI solutions

• Support production deployments with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (OAuth, LDAP, cloud services)

• Design production-ready, microservices-based AI services for scale

Contract & Location
6-month contract with strong extension potential. Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Midtown Atlanta; fully remote option for candidates outside the Atlanta area. Brand new office building near MARTA with paid parking and modern amenities.

Required

• Bachelor’s in CS, Data Science, ML, Linguistics, or related field

• 2+ years in NLP, AI, or LLM-based development

• Strong experience building APIs and production AI systems

• Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings, and semantic search

• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments

Preferred

• Master’s or PhD in a related field

• Experience with MLOps, microservices, and enterprise authentication

• Advanced NLP techniques and observability tooling
