Join a growing security team within a global, privately held systems integrator supporting highly secure, mission-critical environments. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on execution, quality, and customer confidence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead day-to-day field operations on complex technical projects in active, high-availability facilities
Direct and support technicians, specialists, and subcontractors, providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship
Coordinate work in live environments while maintaining strict safety, quality, and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams to execute installation plans, procedures, and controlled changes
Identify potential risks early and work with stakeholders to minimize impact
Ensure installations meet applicable codes, standards, and internal quality expectations
Perform hands-on system work including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and service of security and life-safety technologies
Act as a key technical contact for customers, supporting system use, documentation, and training
Maintain a strong focus on safety, reliability, and attention to detail
This is a full-time, direct hire role, fully onsite, covering local client sites in the greater metro Omaha area. Minimal travel. Limited on-call, typically less than once monthly. Includes vehicle, tools, PPE, uniform, phone, and laptop. Strong internal team with room to grow!
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Data center Project Manager experience
Software House experience
Quality assessment and control experience, including post-assessment training
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Valid driver’s license
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Electronic security system installation experience
