Join a growing security team within a global, privately held systems integrator supporting highly secure, mission-critical environments. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on execution, quality, and customer confidence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead day-to-day field operations on complex technical projects in active, high-availability facilities
- Direct and support technicians, specialists, and subcontractors, providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship
- Coordinate work in live environments while maintaining strict safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute installation plans, procedures, and controlled changes
- Identify potential risks early and work with stakeholders to minimize impact
- Ensure installations meet applicable codes, standards, and internal quality expectations
- Perform hands-on system work including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and service of security and life-safety technologies
- Act as a key technical contact for customers, supporting system use, documentation, and training
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, reliability, and attention to detail
This is a full-time, direct hire role, fully onsite, covering local client sites in the greater metro Omaha area. Minimal travel. Limited on-call, typically less than once monthly. Includes vehicle, tools, PPE, uniform, phone, and laptop. Strong internal team with room to grow!
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Data center Project Manager experience
- Software House experience
- Quality assessment and control experience, including post-assessment training
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Valid driver’s license
