Project Planning Manager

In this role, you will support multiple small-scale projects in both the planning and execution phases that contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives. Responsibilities include project coordination, data analysis, scheduling, research, inventory management, customer support, problem solving, and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collect and compile information from field store partners to support project creation
  • Audit project readiness within an internal, web-based system
  • Serve as a liaison between field teams and cross-functional partners to ensure all project milestones and tollgates are met
  • Place labor, outbound, and direct-to-store orders
  • Support field partners with scheduling and resolution of one-off issues
  • Manage post-reset implementation activities to ensure successful execution

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3 years of professional work experience in a Project Analyst or Project Management role
  • Experience running a project from start to finish (full lifecycle) – understand scope and how you run a project from start to finish
  • Intermediate Excel skills – ability to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables – working in Excel daily
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional partners
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Process Improvement or similar field)
