RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define Product Strategy with well-documented problem statements, value hypotheses, and success metrics; while keeping the strategy outcome focused.
Keep roadmap and backlog honest; socialize changes with clear “why/impact/next.”
Strong analytical thinking as it relates to product planning, initiative discovery and road mapping
Lead discovery and requirement refinement sessions with Commercial, Brand, Finance/Legal, Channel and Operations partners; convert insights into lean PRDs, and source of truth artifacts
Maintain clear PRDs, process maps, decision logs, and integration documentation so engineers and business leaders operate from the same page
Simplify complex integration/data topics into onepage decision briefs and visuals
Summarize information quickly and clearly identify key elements, patterns, results, or inter-dependence
Solid grasp of program management principles, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in dynamic environments.
Build integrated plans, own RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), and drive predictable execution across Product, Engineering and Data; escalate with options when tradeoffs arise
Run crisp ceremonies (planning, road mapping, BRD reviews, risk/dep reviews); hold owners accountable.
Develop trusted relationships with Commercial, Product, Finance, BRR, etc. partners and leaders; facilitate decision forums and codify outcomes for auditability.
Coordinate rollout plans, hotel readiness criteria and operating playbooks; track activation/adoption and iterate based on performance signals from the field.
This is a 12-month contract with a possibility to convert to direct-hire. Candidates must be local to Atlanta who can come into the office for important meetings.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes related to the position.
Familiarity with enterprise integration processes, ecosystem impact analysis, platform governance
Skilled in cross-organizational leadership, technology, and enterprise software, comfortable presenting product vision and strategy.
Demonstratable delivery capability of complex projects in a matrixed enterprise
Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable with business leaders and technical product teams
Strong documentation habits: process-oriented and detail-obsessed
Experience with Global Brands
