Ready to own IT from strategy to server rack?
We’re partnering with a high-performing organization seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead technology strategy while staying close to the tech. This is a visible, high-impact leadership role with real influence across the business.
What You’ll Own:
• Develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with company growth
• Assess current tech landscape and design future-state architecture
• Lead ERP selection, implementation, optimization, and enhancements
• Serve as the internal ERP owner and strategic partner to Finance, Ops, Supply Chain, and HR
• Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, go-live, and continuous improvement
• Manage vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners
Infrastructure & Security:
• Network architecture: LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs
• Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments
• Active Directory, servers, endpoint management
• Disaster recovery and business continuity
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture aligned with NIST, CIS, or ISO
• Lead incident response and enterprise upgrades
Leadership & Execution:
• Define internal vs outsourced IT model
• Manage IT budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
• Lead enterprise projects, including cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization
• Drive change management and executive-level reporting
• Supervise and mentor IT staff
• Support acquisitions and integrations
What You Bring:
• 5+ years as a hands-on IT Manager
• 10+ years progressive IT experience
• Deep ERP governance, integration, and optimization experience
• Strong Microsoft 365, cloud, AD, and server management expertise
• Solid background in cybersecurity frameworks and backup solutions
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Strong communication skills
