We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage Atlassian Analytics to design, build, and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports that empower teams to make informed decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement a standardized intake process for data hardening, outlier reporting, and AI workflows.
- Coordinate alignment between vendors and internal teams to advance data hardening efforts.
- Streamline data validation, reporting, and intake processes to ensure accurate business insights.
- Support evaluation and selection of a centralized project management platform.
- Lead and manage key initiatives, including the Data Hardening Strategy and the transition to a unified project management system.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years in an Analytics role
- Experience utilizing Atlassian Analytics tool
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and delivering projects using Agile approaches
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana
- Advanced SQL and Google BigQuery (GBQ) skills to validate data sourcing and ensure data accuracy
- Deep understanding of data governance principles and frameworks, with demonstrated success maintaining data integrity across complex projects
- Experience with Python for data cleansing and data analysis
- Experience with GitHub for version control
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance Analytics, Data Analytics, or Mathematics
