Are you a technical leader passionate about high-velocity delivery and modern data architecture? We are seeking a Senior Informatica IDMC Developer to join a forward-thinking, collaborative team.
In this role, you won’t just build pipelines—you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable, tech-forward solutions.
Core Responsibilities

Design & Execute: Architect and implement robust data integration solutions (ingestion, replication, transformation) using the Informatica IDMC suite.

API Connectivity: Develop and manage APIs and web services to ensure fluid data flow across the enterprise ecosystem.

Strategic Alignment: Act as a key liaison between product owners, engineering, and QA to ensure technical delivery matches business vision.

Mentorship: Lead by example, coaching peers on IDMC best practices, reusable design patterns, and Agile delivery.

Documentation: Maintain high standards for technical workflows, interface designs, and integration logic.
Technical Requirements

Informatica Expertise: 3+ years of deep, hands-on experience with IDMC / IICS.

Data Integration Pro: 5+ years of overall experience in data-centric development.

Modern Toolset: Advanced proficiency in JSON, XML, XSLT, and API-led connectivity.

Agile Leadership: Proven success delivering in Scrum environments and serving as a Technical SME.

Bonus Points: Prior experience or certifications in Workday Integration/Studio are highly preferred.
Engagement Details

Duration: 6-month initial contract (High probability of long-term extension).

Format: Prefer hybrid (2 days/week on-site in Atlanta, GA) but open to 100% remote.
