Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives at the intersection of modern data platforms and complex business domains? We are seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary technical architect for high-impact, production-grade AI solutions. In this role, you will be the core builder responsible for the quality and velocity of technical output within an elite implementation team.
The Role
You will design and implement sophisticated data pipelines, model domain-specific logic within an Ontology, and build operational applications that drive measurable KPIs. As a forward-deployed expert, you are on the front lines of delivery, translating business requirements into technical reality.
Key Responsibilities

Solution Ownership: Own the full delivery lifecycle of Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions, from initial prototype to final production.

Data Engineering: Design and implement pipelines using Foundry Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories.

Ontology Architecture: Model complex logic in the Ontology (objects, links, Action Types, and Functions).

App Development: Build user-centric operational applications in Workshop, OSDK, and Quiver.

AI Innovation: Develop and maintain AI agents using AIP Agent Studio, Logic, Evals, and Observability tools.

Technical Excellence: Enforce high standards for code quality, documentation, and architecture patterns.

Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders on requirements and deployment readiness.
Requirements

1+ years of extensive experience building within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.

Technical Proficiency: Strong background in Data Engineering (SQL or Python-based transforms).

Application Building: Direct experience with Foundry Workshop, Quiver, or OSDK.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to model complex business logic within a Digital Twin/Ontology framework.

Communication: Ability to act as the lead technical voice in a fast-paced environment.

Travel: Willingness to travel 10-30% for stakeholder engagement.
Locations: Atlanta, GA, or Austin, TX (Hybrid: 2 days telecommute).
