SAP HCM Solution Architect
Seeking an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise HR systems. This role defines scalable, secure solutions across cloud HR platforms and core ERP, aligning with business goals and enterprise standards.
Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end architectures, data models, and system blueprints for core HR, payroll, and ERP components
Lead HR transformation initiatives, ensuring systems support future-state processes
Define integration strategies using cloud and middleware tools to connect HR, finance, and external systems
Establish role-based security frameworks to protect sensitive data and meet compliance requirements
Guide technical standards, balancing platform best practices with custom solutions
Partner with business, HR, and IT leaders to align technology with organizational priorities
Qualifications:
6+ years of IT experience with HR systems and enterprise applications
Strong background in SAP HR technologies, including SuccessFactors and core HR/payroll
Experience with system integrations, data models, and security design
Familiarity with agile delivery, DevSecOps, and modern product practices
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Strong communication skills bridging technical and business audiences
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Additional Experience:
Exposure to service management, project tracking, and collaboration tools, along with product strategy, HR data platforms, IT operations, and change management.
Details:
Long-term contract (initial ~12 months) with extension potential. Hybrid work model with some onsite presence in Midtown. Comprehensive contractor benefits offered.
