Exciting contract opportunity for a highly motivated technologist to grow within a top-tier enterprise environment. This role serves a dual purpose: ensuring seamless delivery of current product roadmaps while acting as an internal AI catalyst to modernize product architecture and agile processes.
Responsibilities include owning TPM delivery for public safety products, partnering with Business PMs and engineering teams to ensure on-time execution. You will lead AI integration within the SDLC, implementing automation for backlog refinement, sprint reporting, and process optimization. Partnering with Technical Architects, you will help roll out modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Spec Kit, GitHub Copilot) and evolve into leading AI initiatives across a broader product portfolio. You will bridge strategy and execution by evaluating AI use cases, guiding architecture decisions (e.g., RAG, APIs), and ensuring data security. Additional responsibilities include driving AI adoption, defining success metrics, iterating on AI integrations, translating complex concepts into clear requirements, and establishing governance and best practices. Collaboration across global teams is key.
This is a 12-month contract. Candidates must be located in Atlanta, GA or St. Louis, MO or Louisvile, KY and work 3 days onsite.
Requirements: 7+ years TPM experience (Agile, SDLC), 1–2+ years hands-on AI product integration (LLMs, agents, ML), strong AI systems knowledge, experience with modern AI tools (Vertex AI, Gemini, Copilot), and a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes. Public Safety or GovTech experience is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Pay: $70–73.64/hour W2.
