Supplier Accounts Receivable Specialist
Immediate opportunity for a Supplier Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor billing transactions and company costs against Supplier AR accounts to ensure timely, accurate records
- Apply credits and payments promptly while monitoring account balances to keep receivables under 60 days
- Research and resolve account discrepancies, claims, and pricing issues, preparing necessary credits for Suppliers
- Partner with Suppliers on past-due balances and coordinate with Corporate Accounting to resolve suspense account issues
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position in Deerfield Beach. Work onsite Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

- Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
