We are seeking a support manager to run our go-to-market paid media, who will work closely with the agency partner. You will not have direct reports in this role, however work closely with our brand and creative manager and agecny partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary point of contact to translate business goals into actionable media briefs.
Review and approve agency-led plans for Radio, OTT, and Programmatic to ensure alignment with targets and budgets.
Track multi-channel spend and flighting dates to ensure strict adherence to total allocations.
Verify media delivery by reviewing TV/Radio post-logs and OTT/Programmatic delivery reports.
Analyze reach, frequency, and attribution (e.g., brand lift or traffic spikes) to evaluate campaign impact (Return to Ad, impressions, incremental revenue)
Monitor market trends to ensure competitive CPMs and secure “added-value” opportunities.
Manage the timely delivery of technical assets (video/audio) to agency partners.
Monitor ad performance to manage rotations and prevent creative wear-out.

This is an 8-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years of working in a Support Media role or 1 year as a Media Manager, specifically Media purchasing for OTT, programmatic, or Radio.
Experience managing relationships with an external agency or with external clients
Experience in auditing work for the alignment of goals
Excel – ability to organize data
PPT – experience building PPT presentations to report out
Data Visualization tool; Tableau or Power BI or Looker (filter data in tools to analyze and make recommendations)
Ability to take full ownership of budget and strategy
Excellent communication and organization skills
Bachelor's degree
