Senior App Dev Scrum Master / Project Manager
Join a high-impact team overseeing significant IT Strategy initiatives through Visionaire Partners. This role features an 85/15 split between Scrum Master and Project Management duties, primarily focusing on the full lifecycle of application development projects from conception to launch.
Key Responsibilities

Direct the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

Mitigate risks and develop comprehensive resolution plans.

Facilitate status meetings, manage resource allocation, and oversee deliverables.

Maintain project documentation, repositories, and executive-level dashboards.

Supervise off-site vendor engagements and outsourced teams.

Act as a process guide for the team, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
Qualifications

8+ years of Senior IT Project Management experience.

6+ years as a Scrum Master for software teams, with expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.

Proven background transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile.

Expertise in SDLC methodologies and PPM tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Jira).

Active CSM certification is required.

Ability to interface with Executive Leadership and manage system integrations.

Preferred: SAFe, Jira Align, Oneplan, or experience in logistics/asset management.
This is a 6-month renewable contract based in Midtown. The role follows a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in-office. The site offers excellent MARTA access and modern amenities including a gym and cafe.
