IT Asset Management Intern (Summer 2026)
Location: Columbus, GA (100% Onsite)
Type: Intern/Temporary (40 hrs/week). You MUST be able to work all of June and July.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the Hardware Lifecycle: Assist with imaging, deployment, and recovery of equipment for a rapidly scaling workforce.

Technical Execution: Perform OS installations, account provisioning, and hardware troubleshooting.

Inventory Precision: Maintain surgical accuracy of IT asset records (laptops, licenses, and peripherals) using dedicated management tools.

Audit & Compliance: Conduct inventory audits to ensure 100% compliance with organizational standards.

Collaborate: Work with IT leadership to monitor software license allocation and prepare inventory reports.

What You Bring:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

Tech Savvy: Familiar with Windows OS installation and computer hardware.

Excel Skills: Strong administrative proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to follow complex processes.

Bonus Points: Personal “tinkering” experience, familiarity with Active Directory/Azure, or a background in fast-paced multitasking environments.
