Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of agreements, including analysis, administration, extensions, and terminations.
Collaborate with executive leadership and sales teams to develop contract proposals, price bids, and profitability models.
Monitor performance to ensure policy compliance and determine the need for amendments.
Manage monthly and quarterly pricing updates based on new manufacturer cost data.
Evaluate margins and coordinate with IT to provide data for recurring dealer updates.
Distribute critical updates to regional leadership and distribution centers via various communication channels.
Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and establish facts.
Advanced Excel proficiency (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas).
Familiarity with pricing/contract software (e.g., Conga/PROS or Precisely/Enterworks).
Experience with distributor pricing models and margin maintenance.
Ability to draft professional reports and present data to senior management.
Associate’s degree or 1+ years of relevant experience.
