Administrative Assistant

In this fast-paced position, you will drive key projects, keep department calendars and records seamlessly organized, and serve as the main face and voice of our team. If you thrive on multi-tasking, managing moving parts, and making an immediate impact, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and organize logistics for high-level meetings and conferences.
  • Manage front-office communications by answering incoming phone calls, directing inquiries, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring prompt database updates and report generation.
  • Assist with budget management, tracking basic financial records, and ordering office supplies.
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and department correspondence.

Enjoy a casual dress code, work with dynamic and high-energy team members, and gain valuable business skills. This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to a direct hire in the Atlanta area. This role is in the office Monday through Friday.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years in a support or administrative assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional office presence.
  • Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in appointment scheduling, call handling, and database management.
  • Basic financial tracking and reporting aptitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and coordination – Strong follow-up skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
