Calibrate, repair, and maintain medical equipment to ensure accuracy and safety.
Troubleshoot complex electronic and electromechanical systems using schematics, manuals, and test instruments.
Perform safety checks on new and serviced devices and document all work accurately in maintenance systems.
Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on integrating medical devices with enterprise systems and electronic records.
Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Stay current on compliance standards, regulations, and emerging healthcare technology trends.
Serve as a trusted liaison with clinical teams, ensuring service issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
1+ years of experience supporting medical devices in a hospital or clinical environment including at least one of the following: Patient Monitoring or EKG or Anesthesiology or Ventilator or Incubator devices.
Strong understanding of digital circuits, electronics, and electro-mechanical systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret architectural and systems drawings.
Confident communication and presentation skills with both technical and clinical staff.
High school diploma (technical training preferred).
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
