RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead product discovery and delivery by translating business strategy, customer needs, and market insights into a prioritized product backlog with clear, actionable requirements.
- Partner with executive stakeholders, engineering, design, and operations to define product vision, success metrics, and roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Own requirements management end-to-end, including elicitation, documentation, refinement, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
- Make data-driven decisions by analyzing performance metrics, user behavior, and financial impacts to optimize product value and continuously improve solutions.
- Act as the primary product decision-maker within agile teams, facilitating backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release readiness while managing risks and dependencies.
This is a 12-month contract with a possibility to convert to direct-hire. Candidates must be local to Atlanta who can come into the office for important meetings.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, user story writing, and backlog management within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, data models, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives, align cross-functional teams, and drive consensus.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills, including defining KPIs, interpreting dashboards, and using insights to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agile/Scrum certifications
