Business Solutions Architect – AI & Data Science Strategy
We are seeking a Strategic Data Science and Solutions AI Leader to bridge cutting-edge machine learning architecture with core business strategy. In this high-visibility role, you will lead data science teams, direct enterprise-scale GenAI initiatives, and present multi-year roadmaps to executive leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Strategy & Voice: Partner closely with leadership during transition periods to articulate the PRO organization’s AI and data science vision to executive leadership and advocate for critical technical initiatives.
- Solution Architecture & Scale: Architect strategic roadmaps to scale current pilot solutions—transitioning agentic tools from localized trials to enterprise-wide deployment across over a 3–4 year horizon.
- Sales & Customer Enablement: Enable inside/outside sales associates with actionable data science models, enterprise customer-specific pricing insights, and unified AI agents to better serve high-value managed accounts.
- Agent Standardization & Integration: Evaluate, synthesize, and standardize existing agentic tools across multiple ecosystems (Claude, Copilot, Google ADK) to streamline agent interaction and improve prompt efficiency across business units.
- Cross-Functional Cadence & Representation: Serve as the strategic bridge between Business and IT, leading monthly roadmap demos for the VP, bi-weekly operational alignment with OSR teams, and ad-hoc architectural reviews with IT leadership.
This 3-month contract position is in Atlanta, and you will be working fully in the office.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 8+ years in Data Science / ML or Advanced Analytics.
- 3+ years leading teams or large-scale analytics initiatives.
- Strong technical background in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, MLOps, and diagnostic/predictive/prescriptive analytics.
- Hands-on experience with LLM ecosystems (Claude, Copilot, Google ADK), agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record as a Business Solutions Architect translating business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing complex Agile projects from pilot phase to full enterprise rollout.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting tech roadmaps to C-suite and VP leaders.
- Experience in Retail (SKU-level dynamics, volume pricing) preferred.
