RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collecting and gathering information from field store partners to initiate project creation
  • Auditing project readiness within the internal web-based system
  • Acting as a liaison between field teams and cross-functional partners to ensure all milestones are met
  • Placing orders for labor, outbound shipments, and direct-to-store deliveries
  • Assisting field partners with scheduling and addressing one-off issues
  • Managing post-reset implementations and ensuring successful execution

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 4+ years of professional experience managing projects through their full lifecycle, with a deep understanding of understanding scope and driving initiatives from initiation to completion.
  • Proven track record in retail, corporate capital, or construction-type projects (capital project experience is highly preferred!).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Process Improvement, or a related field.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for daily use, including a strong comfort level with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and SUMIFs
  • Hands-on experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to keep projects on track.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with a sharp, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
