An elite organization is seeking a professional to manage procurement for designated materials and services. This role drives short-term tactical needs and establishes long-term supply agreements to minimize total cost of ownership (TCO) while maintaining high standards of quality, delivery, and service. You will support supply-chain strategies aligned with internal departments to maintain operational competitiveness and shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze procurement data, track trends, and build leadership dashboards.
Mitigate supply risk, manage purchase orders, negotiate terms, and evaluate vendor KPIs/scorecards.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX, and antitrust laws.
Minimize inventory investments while maintaining optimal service levels.
Support varied categories (such as complex transit components, industrial tools, logistics, tech services, and facility operations).
Act as an internal liaison, drive process automation, and leverage SAP platform tools (moving toward modern S4/Ariba systems).
Qualifications
3+ years in sourcing or purchasing with strong negotiation skills.
Proficient in SAP (ECC or S4) and advanced MS Excel for financial/TCO data analysis.
Strong leadership traits, analytical mindset, and exceptional communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain focus preferred; Master’s is a plus).
