Client Access Coordinator (Remote | 3-Month Contract)

Looking for a detail-obsessed coordinator who loves checking boxes, keeping things moving, and following up until the job is done? We are hiring a Client Access Coordinator to support a high-volume client access and credentialing operation during a surge in demand.

This is not technical access management. It’s ideal for an organized administrative professional who thrives on documentation, coordination, and keeping processes on track.

What you will do
You will manage access and credentialing requests across ~200 active clients by:
• Receiving and tracking requests submitted through ServiceNow
• Collecting required employee paperwork and ensuring forms are completed correctly
• Submitting documentation to client contacts for review and approval
• Coordinating access activation and deactivation with implementation teams
• Managing client-specific credentialing requirements, forms, portals, and workflows
• Tracking and following up on outstanding items until completion (weekly follow-ups included)
• Supporting compliance steps such as background checks, fingerprints, credit checks, EPLS screening, and credential validation
• Documenting monthly audit requirements and reconciling outstanding access needs
• Maintaining accurate credentialing records, statuses, and next steps
• Communicating primarily via email with external clients 
• Supporting the credentialing team during an operational transition and helping with overflow admin work

Schedule and contract details
Fully remote anywhere in North America
3-month contract (potential to extend or convert, not guaranteed)
• Must be able to start work 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday

Required qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in an admin, coordinator, or operations support role (or a recent graduate)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of requests
• Excellent organization and follow-through skills
• Professional written communication
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments

Preferred
• Client access or credentialing experience
• ServiceNow or ticketing system experience
• Healthcare or regulated industry exposure
• Familiarity with audits, access protocols, and client portals
