Lead & Scale: Supervise, coach, and grow a team of up to 6 access management professionals.
Own the Function: Oversee the end-to-end credentialing and identity governance lifecycle for 200+ external providers and client systems.
Drive Impact: Tackle a current backlog of ~1,300 critical client access requests to ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate: Partner with Client Success, HR, Compliance, and Legal to streamline onboarding and maintain audit readiness.
Process Optimize: Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and QA workflows.
Experience: 3+ years in Client Access Management or Credentialing; 1+ years managing/coaching 4+ direct reports.
Scale Capability: Proven track record in scaling and building out an access function and handling high-volume requests.
Compliance: Strong knowledge of user provisioning lifecycles, access protocols, and compliance auditing.
Traits: A results-driven “driver” personality with excellent communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in Healthcare IT, medical billing, or hospital networks; proficiency with ServiceNow or enterprise IAM tools.
Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
