Immediate opportunity for a Compensation Analyst to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews market pay practices and provides pay recommendations for internal associates and external candidates.
Conducts salary and ad hoc surveys, manages survey data in compensation software, and recommends surveys to support market pricing initiatives.
Participates in the annual salary structure review process to ensure competitiveness and market alignment.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to evaluate and market price new and revised jobs, creates and edits job descriptions, and sets up job-related data in applicable systems.
Advises business partners on basic to moderately complex compensation issues using knowledge of compensation, human resources, and internal policies.
Tracks and reports on various pay programs, including merit and bonus.
Assists in administering annual pay programs, including project managing year-end merit and variable pay processes.
Maintains knowledge of internal compensation policies, procedures, and laws to ensure compensation programs are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
This is a 3-month contract position in Johns Creek with potential to extend or convert to direct-hire. Work onsite Monday – Friday.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1+ years of compensation experience
MS Office
Proficiency in compensation management software
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field
