Coupa Consultant – Remote | Contract-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external consultants to maximize Coupa adoption and support it across the organization.

• Serve as the go-to Coupa SME and administrator working across multiple initiatives and technology stacks.

• Analyze business requirements, map processes to Coupa, and perform fit/gap assessments to guide system design.

• Build best-in-class application packaging and deployment strategies.

• Document detailed process flows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Support data conversions for master and transactional data.

• Lead business discovery, user training, and implementation sessions.

• Provide post-implementation support to drive adoption and optimize configuration.

This role offers a 6-month contract-to-hire, fully remote position with the chance to solve real business challenges in a dynamic environment.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of Coupa experience translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

• Strong Coupa administration.

• Strong background with customized integrations, including exposure to NetSuite integrations. 

• Ability to work across multiple platforms, tools, and project types.

• Solid understanding of business processes and application design.

• Exceptional organization, communication, and a consultative approach.

• Project management or implementation methodology experience.

• Experience in distribution environments and translating that knowledge into creative solutions.

• A “jump-in-where-needed” mindset.
