Customer Service Rep
 
Immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Efficiently process a high volume of incoming orders and calls daily
  • Resolve internal and external inquiries regarding product sales and logistics
  • Provide accurate quotes on discounts, new inventory, and product specs to both clients and the sales team
  • Manage all touchpoints with the goal of solving issues on the first interaction
  • Assist with essential financial research, including collections and cash applications

This is a 6+ month contract position with potential to extend or convert to direct-hire in the Northeast San Antonio area. Enjoy an onsite work environment, 8am – 5pm.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role in a call center environment
  • Experience with internet-based phone systems
  • 10-key by touch
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma

 
  
PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Associate’s degree
  • Working knowledge of Oracle, CCAAS, or Salesforce
