Visionaire Partners is seeking a strategic Deviated Pricing Manager to lead a specialized team dedicated to the execution and oversight of complex pricing contracts (2P/3P). This critical role ensures that manufacturer agreements are precisely integrated into internal systems and that client accounts are accurately mapped to specific pricing structures.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of deviated contracts, maintaining cost integrity, margin health, and expiration timelines.
System Mastery: Serve as the internal expert for PeopleSoft (or similar ERP), linking complex pricing contracts to customer profiles.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on data management and vendor relations.
Lifecycle Management: Proactively manage deal renewals to prevent pricing gaps, activate untapped agreements, and negotiate enhanced discounts or new deals with vendors.
Process Excellence: Partner with manufacturer representatives to ensure discounted rates are seamlessly passed to the customer while optimizing system workflows.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of professional pricing experience; 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Advanced proficiency in ERP pricing modules and financial auditing of 2P/3P contracts.
Strong analytical background with the ability to resolve cross-functional data challenges between IT, Finance, and external vendors.
Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
This is a direct-hire role based in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorships are not available.
