We are seeking a driven Marketing Analyst to join our creative team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced marketing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Process & Technology Support: Design and optimize marketing workflows for maximum efficiency; provide ongoing technical and user support for marketing tools and platforms.
  • Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements to translate marketing needs into actionable technical or process-driven solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations, deliver status updates, and maintain strong working relationships across various business units.

We operate on a flexible hybrid schedule, requiring just one day a week in the office, with the rest worked from home.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

  • 1–3 years of experience within a Digital Content Optimization, MarTech, or Marketing Operations environment
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise Content Platforms (CMS/DAM) and marketing workflow tools
  • Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering
  • Excel – experience with data entry, VLOOKups, and Pivot tables
  • Intermediate analytical ability
  • Experience communicating cross-functionally 
  • Bachelor’s degree
